Dear Chip & Phil....We wanted to let you both know how very much we appreciate the way you run your business and the outstanding customer service you provide. Many repair & specialty shops concentrate on their profits and bottomline, forgetting about the customer experience. We have been to Chip's Transmissions twice, the first time thinking we would need a complete transmission replacement, but were honestly informed we could opt for a less expensive repair but would eventually need further service. This came at a time when we couldn't afford the total repair. We later came back to you for replacement of the slave cylinder and clutch, at a time when we could better afford it. Another shop would have led us to believe we needed the full repair initially. Your expertise, honesty and compassion for your customers will enhance your business and result in higher profits by our sharing with others the fairness and extraordinary customer service you offer.
