My son and family were on the way home from KS and began to have some car trouble. After lunch at Tony Gore's BBQ, they called me and together we determined that they should rent a van from Enterprise, who was very helpful and leave their van in Sevierville but we knew no one to call. I called the NAPA store and they said if it were them they would only call Chip's! I did and spoke to Phil Sims who immediately took "ownership" of the situation! He and the staff at Chip's went way "beyond the call of duty" to assist our family and, although not a transmission problem, thank The Lord, got the van fixed at a competitive price and coordinated it all at no additional cost! Thank you Phil and Chip's for your honesty and servant's attitude toward your customers! I will always call on you and recommend you I the future! God bless you!
