Phil and the staff at chip's saved our vacation to gatlinburg. almost 500 miles from home, broke down.Phil diagnosed and explained the problem honestly,called a rental car, and jumped thru every hoop possible to make sure our escape was ready for the 500 miles back, on time and at quoted price. I would highly recommend chip's to any one. I wish there were more people in this world like Phil and the crew at chip's.I can't thank them enough.
