The honesty, straightforward communication, and geniune concern for our situation made a bad experience; (and doubt that any service at that point would be someone we could trust), a very good one! *All of our questions were ansered *All of our concerns settled *We were treated with respect & a sense of being a valued customer by all staff. (You don't see a lot of that these days.) * You listen to your customers and help to explain what the situation is so that your customer can make a good decision.
