I recently returned back to East TN after serving in the military for 23 years. Unfortunately my truck transmission did not like the drive from Jacksonville Fla to Knoxville, and required repair work. I was skeptical and researched the local shops via online and from other repair shops in the area. All pointed in the direction of "Chips Transmission". So I called and spoke to Phil, and brought my truck in for an estimate. Ended up needing a rebuild. After some recommendations from Phil, we decided on a plan for my needs. They really took the time to work with me and my schedule and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them for great customer service, and good camaraderie, as Chip and his other son both served in the military. GO NAVY! It is a pleasure to deal with a locally owned shop that will not take advantage of you and even as skeptical as I am with repair shops, I feel I was well taken care of and would return again. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, I sure appreciate it.
