Chip's Transmissions helped us out of a sticky situation and an expensive repair with another transmission shop in the Sevierville, TN area who was trying to charge us almost double what the repairs should have been. We were relieved when Chip's dealt with us fairly and honestly and provided us with a quality repair job. We should have recognized their integrity when we first called and were honestly told they couldn't get us in for a couple of days. However, we were lured away by "pie crust" promises and almost fell victim to a major overcharge. We wanted our appreciation for a job well done and the professional and upfront attitude that we experienced with Chip's Transmissions to be noted on their BBB report. We would highly recommend Chip's Transmissions to anyone.
